Ashley and David are the perfect combination of class, sophistication and FUN and their Horseshoe Bay Resort wedding is featured on the blog today!
When Ashley first booked me to photograph her wedding, the original plan was a destination wedding in Mexico and she was so looking excited to have a few days to celebrate with family and friends and that fun travel experience. Unfortunately, Covid had other plans. First, the Mexico wedding was postponed and then they decided to nix the destination idea altogether and instead keep their nuptials local. BUT this day just goes to show that everything happens the way it’s meant to; Ashley and David were able to celebrate with even more family and friends since the wedding was local and this was one incredible day!
Ashley incorporated her destination wedding dream by including tropical flowers and greenery in her floral design, had a ceremony overlooking the water and her bridesmaids wore Agave colored dresses. The ceremony was on the gorgeous Falls Point Lawn with a panoramic view of the bay and the reception was held in the Yacht Club Ballroom….all the spots for a beautiful day.
