This session has to be one of the most highly anticipated and most requested sessions I’ve had in a long time! Ever since posting a sneak peek IG reel, I’ve had so many requests to see more. So today, I’m excited to share my favorites from Kendall and John’s recent engagement session at Mission San Jose.

Kendall really wanted an engagement session location that was “out of the ordinary”; somewhere that had charm and was different than the sunshine in a field pictures. Don’t get me wrong- I do adore those romantic portraits taken during golden hour in a pretty field. But I do appreciate shooting at new locations every once in a while too so this session was a treat for my creative side.

I first shot at Mission San Jose, not too far from downtown San Antonio, a few years back and it’s been one of my favorite locations ever since. The colors, the character, the architecture- such a perfect setting for engagement photos. I was thrilled to be back again for this session.

And can we talk about Kendall and John really quick?!- what a beautiful couple with unbeatable style. They wore more of a classic outfit first featuring white, tan and light blue. One of my favorites color combos for a session I have to add 🙂 Next, Kendall changed into a more couture look- a black mini dress with flouncy sleeves and hot pink pumps and John wore a button down with green tones. I had such a great time with these two and can’t wait for their Fall wedding at Kendall Point later this year!
