You know that feeling when you have a kindred connection with someone? It’s like an instant and effortless friendship. That’s how I feel about this sweet couple…
Allison and Cody are no strangers around here so they may look familiar if you’ve been following me on social media- this incredible couple are near and dear to my heart! I first had the pleasure of meeting them for a consultation when they were wedding planning and searching for their photographer. I’m so glad we had the chance to work together because I had a wonderful time with them and their sweet families on wedding day and have altogether been able to celebrate with them for their engagement session, Allison’s bridal session, their wedding day (which I’m so excited to share with you today!), their maternity session, and their sweet baby boy’s first birthday pictures. We joke saying I’ll be their photographer for life and I honestly wouldn’t mind that at all.
It’s long overdue that I share Allison and Cody’s wedding day with you today!
Allison envisioned a rustic but elegant wedding day. Wait until you see the bouquets!…Pink garden roses, eucalyptus, and even a few succulents mixed in- they were the perfect combination of unique, playful and elegant.
This wedding featured periwinkle tones, light shades of pink and champagne- such a beautiful color palette for this romantic, south Texas wedding at the Milestone Boerne – and was a joyous and beautiful occasion for two of the sweetest people!

Cody had a great time with his dad who was his best man on the big day.
The white Bible Allison held is a special family heirloom and has made many walks down the wedding aisle- first carried by her grandmother on her wedding day, then held by her aunt and her mother before it was given to Allison for her special day. I love these sweet touches honoring family and faith.
Love you to pieces Allison and Cody, I feel so blessed to have met you and your incredible families!
