Hi friends! So as I’m sure you noticed, I have been totally off the blogging radar for quite some time now. I’m a creative-minded, relational-seeking, picture-taking fanatic which are some of the reasons why I love doing what I do. Buuut when it comes to writing…for some reason, it’s so hard for me to stay on top it even though I know it’s an important part of my business too. To put it simply- My clients are WAY better company than my computer screen so if I have the choice, you know where I’d choose to be 🙂
But one of my New Year’s business resolutions this year is to be more consistent and that definitely applies to my blogging. Because gosh darnit- I have to be one of the most inconsistent bloggers out there. But I’m going to work on that with high hopes of sharing a little more about myself and why I do what I do to connect with you more, and keeping this blog more up-to-date on recent work, projects and behind the scenes. On a positive note- because I’m sooo behind in blogging recent sessions and projects, I have a lot to share with you! There ya go- glass half-full my friends 😉
So to celebrate my {hopefully} more consistent blogging presence here, I have some of my favorites from a Texas Hill Country family session to share. Meet the most adorable blue-eyed family you will ever see–the Shepherd family! Jonathan, Lauren, Rilynn, Wrenley, and Judah…
It doesn’t get much cuter than a little pre-session flower picking with these two little girls right here, Rilynn and Wrenley.
Baby Judah is the youngest of the bunch and the most darling little guy. As if those big blue eyes weren’t enough, he reeled us in with that baby-bow tie! Hook, line and sinker.
Wrenley is the next oldest and let me tell you- she has some of the cutest expressions and such a huge personality!
Meet Rilynn, the eldest, who is puuure sweetness.
They call this the “Rilynn Pose”..
There’s nothing sweeter than baby-cuddles
As I was talking with Jonathan and Lauren, they told me that the last time they had pictures taken of just the two of them was at their wedding…six years ago. So I knew it’d be special to get some photos of them together. And wow- the way they still look at each other, you’d think they were newlyweds. Marriage goals right here!
Shepherd Family- you are adorable and I am delighted to have been able to photograph you!
I hope you’ve enjoyed my favorites from this family session and {hold me to this-} I’ll have another blog post ready soon to share another recent session!
Have a beautiful day friends,
